After years of working as a pediatric nurse, Brooke Hatfield realized she had a passion for renovating homes. Inspired by the idea that what you are surrounded by influences the way you feel, Brooke took a career pivot at the age of 37 to pursue her passion for interior design and founded her business, Hatfield Design. She shares with us her experience in pursuing a major life pivot, formulating and executing on her ideas based on her values, and setting boundaries and structures to create work-life integration.
