"I can't do it."
Maybe you have gotten into the habit of telling yourself “I can’t do it…” Our thoughts are powerful and lead to results. What kind of results do you want? I am here to help you find that encouraging voice inside that tells you “You can do it.”
-
"There's just too much to do."
It is estimated that the average adult makes 35,000 decisions a day. You can easily get caught up in the overwhelm of it all, causing you to burnout. Combat that feeling by tuning into the present moment and shifting your focus on what matters most.
-
"This isn't going to work."
Anxious feelings don’t define us, they are a directional tool which point to our values (i.e., I’m anxious about moving, that tells me that I value home and consistency). You can learn how to use anxiety to identify changes you want to make in your life.
-
"Where do I even begin?"
"I just can't get started…" If you are feeling demotivated in your life, you may be making choices to please others. Realigning yourself with what you truly want is one of the biggest motivators in the world.
-
"What's the point?"
When you feel bored or disinterested in your work, it’s a sign that you are not aligned with your purpose. Spending time to reflect on what brings you meaning in life can reinvigorate you.

I’ve been where you are now.
I was unfulfilled in my career and ready for a change. After working in the corporate world for several years, I realized that I wasn’t using my natural talents to their greatest potential. The thought of transitioning into a new role and/or running my own business was daunting. I did it though and so can you. I support individuals in transition to make the process smoother. Since I was a little girl, I’ve been a curious and observant person. Now I use that curiosity to ask questions and make observations that spark insights and self-awareness in others.
I am passionate about hearing the stories of others and uncovering their true purpose. Whether you are looking to grow a business, move from corporate to entrepreneur life, or take steps to grow your career internally, I am here to support those transitions.

“Isabelle did a fabulous presentation for the Professional Women's Group (PWG) Alumnae of Dress for Success. I am the volunteer facilitator of that group. Her presentation was called "Am I an Imposter". I loved how she started with her own story of feeling like an imposter and invited the women in this group to think about their own experiences, share with each other in pairs, and with the group. She shared a lot of information about imposter syndrome in a way that was easy to take in.”
